After months of non stop work all I want is quality time just for me. Usually, what I called quality time is working, or just being active cooking,blogging or reading. Today I took the day off. I need to get away from my stranoues job .Someone pick up my workload for a change. ! I made me dish that my kids can’t eat. Jalapeno okra tomato soup with white crackers on the side. Boy did I add too much pepper. I woke up senses that I didn’t know I have. Well at least my sinus are gone! Whee! I could still hear my heart beating. I’m o.k. . I must have made it real strong because I’m a spicy food fanatic.! I wet through my closet getting clothes that I’ll be donating. Then I realize I’m working again. I just sat down in my recliner ,plop up my legs and just relax. Gave myself a no-thinking exercise.That felt good! Now I’m well rested without even been asleep!
