Heavy,lovely Spaghetti   Leave a comment

Piper nigrum- Black pepper, Green pepper, Pink...

Image via Wikipedia

I upgrade my spaghetti  with more deep love . Hope you give it a try . This will stick to your ribs for a while, just to give you a heads up.

All you’ll need:

I start with the meat. I add ground beef  into a  large sauce pan fill with a cup of water. This will make sure the meat is cook  thoroughly. I like to sprinkle a little italian season into the water first so the beef has a great kick.  As this is well on it s way I start boiling the water for the noodles.  In a skillet glazed with olive oil ,parsley, thin slice of lettuce and black pepper. I add chopped medium size onions and green peppers the garlic very thin. A little soul season and salt . I let it fry just enough to be caramel . This will give the sauce such a robust flavor.  As this almost done, I add the noodles to the water, add just 1 teaspoon of tomato paste to the veggies.

No extra water to the meat just yet, I throw all the veggies from the skillet into the saucepan. Blend well. Add half a cup of water. Then add the capers and the spaghetti sauce. One teaspoon of olive oil. Simmer under a low flame for at least fifteen minutes before  medium flame. Stir constant.  I personally like my noodles almost done because its firm  for leftovers. After all is done  let cool for about ten – fifteen minutes depending  on amount.

Enjoy!!!

Chicken noodles, not soup   5 comments

I made this dish last weekend. It;s steam  chicken with delicious sauce over noodles. Not only it good for a cold it’s a meal that keep a belly full. I take fresh boneless breast cutlets put them in a skillet . Steam with vegetables . Linguine noodles are best.

All you will need

In a skillet I place the chicken breast with one and a half of water and 1tab of butter. Let it stew alone for several minutes. Meanwhile I chopped the onion and carrots. Start the water for the noodles. I then threw the onions and carrots into the chicken . While the noodles is steaming I add the bean sprouts. This will taste better cook with the noodles instead with the chicken.

Adding season too early will dry out the chicken, plus takes away from the broth. When the chicken is half done  by then it’s probably has little water . I take a cup of water add a two drops of olive oil ,pinch of oregano,1tab  of butter and black pepper then stir.  Add this to the chicken. By doing this before heated will really gives the broth more of a powerful kick. Add brocoli either to the noodles or the chicken. I prefer with the noodles.  This take dish takes overall thirty five minutes to cook.

I set the plates poured the chicken & sauce over noodles. This kick the soon to be a cold out of my son. We all enjoyed it. I add  red crush peppers to mine.

Enjoy!!

Slice&Dice   1 comment

Red onions

I heard this phrase on a video game called “ClockTower 3′ .Not for the reason why I called this dish but just like saying it at times. Slice&Dice is a dish that’s a full of great ingredients that can make other dishes. Since ,money and time is on edge ,one sometimes has to get food on the go! Why ? Make your own on the go little restaurant. I make dishes that I can use for lunches ,snack and stew etc. This way I know what I ‘m getting and save some dollars. Large grocery bill but save you money.

Slice &Dice

I get Pork Shoulder, bacon bits, and Chopped beef stew. As the pork shoulder ,and the beef stew is almost done. I prepared the dressing. Chopped thyme, celery, onions and peppers, and blend it with one spoon of Hellmans Chapito spread.  Next In  a small skillet ,glaze with butter and olive oil add dice red onions or scallions with dice one garlic clove. Let simmer under a medium low flame to perfectly carmel. Then Lets began with the meat. Starting withe Pork shoulder. Slice medium thick slices and throw into the caramel skillet. Then in between add the beef stew then more pork. In that format. This will give each addition  a chance to blend ,adding more flavor. Once you finish adding the desire amount of meat then add some small bits of bacon. Stir well . Then in a container put it all together in the same format with the meat. Blend with a bit of paprika ,soul season, and black pepper. That’s it!

You can make it to taco ,buritto ,sandwich or even a sandwich topper. You could also eat as a salad itself. I prefer on top of a burger. Yeah I know too much, But I love to eat hearty.

Shrimp Brown rice, anybody?!   Leave a comment

It took me a long time to get use to brown rice. It’s te most healthy rice yet lacks so much flavor. Good flavor that is the dull falt tast is al there. Well when I was a teen (very short time ago), I add delicious flavor to get nutrients and to enjoy it. There are great add on s to make delicious.

Shrimp steam brown rice. As your brown rice with brocoli simmers and near done  turn it off. Take a handful of shrimps , devine and slice each into three. Get a bowl throw the shrimps in then add chopped thyme and one pinch of basil. Season with paprika nd season salt. Then take one garlic clove minced, chopped yellow onion and  add half a tablespoon of olive oil. Blend by stir or take your hand and shuffel it together. Once blended pour over the brown rice. Slow simmer for about seven minutes. Then Enjoy.

Another way is to make it into a healthy taco style. All seperate cook the ground chuck or beef or turkey. With the brown rice done ,  cook in seperate pot ,cabbage. While the both is near done, on the carving bord take a tomato that’s in between firm and ripe. Place downward and slice top to bottom direction. Discard the seeds and place the tomato onto a plate and add several drops of olive oil and black pepp[er. Then chop onions and green peppers. Now these is better not fully cook, that will bring more flavor. Once you done preparing add all together in a sauce pan.You can add your own taco touch, like beans and avacado. Enjoy!

Fry me pork and chicken   3 comments

Pepper tree in Kolli Hills

Instead of frozen chicken nuggets or strips here’s a way to make it  at home. With fresh chicken breast with or without bone, chop and prepare. Well for starters I must advise you to use a slowing hand when chopping the breast that has bone. This could be a slight tricky because the chicken could have a husky breasts not  more meat. Once you have your selected strip wash and set aside. In a bowl or some may like to use a paper or plastic ziplock bag, add flour. For exhilarating flavor pour a little paprika, black pepper, and adobe garlic seasons. If you have a lot of  ,strips put a little at a time into the flour and shake or toss. In a medium heated skillet, half an inch fill with oil. Lay the strips into skillet. Turn frequently, till done. Simple and easy.

Pork is a little easier except for the chopping. There are different parts to get your pork, chops  pork lion or roast. I rather use the boneless  pork chops. Like the chicken ,slice wash and place into season flour. Except use season only one season other than black pepper. Best is garlic adobe and black pepper . If use more it will be quite salty.  Same amount of oil . You could also fry this together.

As a great side dishes are salad with plenty tomatoes and watercress.  Brown rice or yellow rice . Brown , I use steam green beans and fresh brocoli. Yellow I like to use team cabbage . With either, I make a special fresh garlic topping. To make this I use fresh garlic cloves, diced ,a tab of olive oil, thyme and half a cup of water. I sometimes let this sits for a half a day or I heat it over a low flame. Either way this is a  delicious additive to great rice. Enjoy!
